Job Description
Provide day-to-day office administrative support functions such as
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and handle correspondence
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports and presentations
- Updating and maintaining of clients’ database
- Perform data entry, update records and maintain office online server
- Assist with basic bookkeeping task such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
- Proficient in MS Office Application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Highly organised, ability to work independently
- Meticulous and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Mature and independent with good work attitude
