Job Description:
- Handling and managing a portfolio of clients in providing corporate secretarial services.
- Handling client acceptance and compliance.
- Incorporation, striking off companies, etc.
- Filings with ACRA.
- Preparation of XBRL files.
- Assistance in processing work passes for clients.
- Assistance in billing and collections.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of administrative and corporate secretarial procedures and systems such as company formation, keeping files and records and other office procedures.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing corporate secretarial services. This includes filling up company application forms, KYC checks and evaluation of customer.
- Knowledge of ACRA filing system.
Skills:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and use time efficiently and effectively.
- Proficiency in computers, including using Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- The ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc., that are necessary for providing proper administrative/corporate secretarial procedures and maintaining a sound operation.
- The ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such actions.
- Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, ISCA, ICSA, Business Law or those pursuing related qualifications.
- Minimum 2 year experience in related field.
