We are looking for Student Care Centre Supervisor (Full-time) to join and lead our fun team across islandwide!

Working Hours for Centre Supervisor (Full Time) 9 hours per day - (Monday to Friday)

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the leadership, management and delivery of quality student care centre and that the daily operations, financial, human resource and management of the centre are carried out effectively.
• Work within the centre's policies, philosophy and procedures.
• Supervise and provide leadership.
• Provide care and supervise a class of students in an after-school care setting
• Guide primary school students (P1 - 6) in their schoolwork in at least two subjects (English/ Maths/ Science)
• Liaise with the school and parents regarding student's progress and behaviour
• Plan and deliver activities for students (eg, arts and crafts, character building, holiday excursions)

Requirements/ qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma /Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
• At least 2 Years (s) of working experience as a Student Care Supervisor is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Education or equivalent.
• Obtained WSQ Introductory Student Care Certificates (Requirement)
• Obtained a Diploma in Care and Programme (Preferably)

• Good communication skills in order to liaise with the associates and students
• Familiarity with the current school syllabus and experience in student care is an advantage
• Possess Diploma in student care is an advantage
