Roles & Responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

1. -Lead & manage the overall all project planning, scheduling, budgeting & execution process for interior design fit out works.
2. -Implement and provide directions in project planning, coordinate works,
3. -Liaise with clients and consultants and relevant authorities and to ensure overall progress and timely handover.
4. -Attend meetings with clients, tender meetings and relevant authorities.
5. -Familiar and Comply with the documents with regards to the preparation & submission and subsequent obtain approval of shop drawings as well as compilation & submission upon project completion.
6. -Manage project documentation, including specification, manual & correspondences.
7. -Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
8. -All other duties to ensure the smooth functioning and timely handover.
9. -Deal with problems as they arise and provide effective solutions.

Requirements:

1. -Relevant qualifications required.
2. -Project Management experience required.
3. -Able to identify specialist drawings/architectural/MEP/Structural/M&E/ACMV termination details an advantage.
4. -Excellent leadership, communication & negotiation skills.
5. -Familiar with relevant interior regulations.
6. -Able to work independently.
7. -Minimum 3 years’ relevant sales experience in Construction/ Interior fit out sector.
8. -Driving essential.

Job Description & Requirements

Job Scope

1. Liaise with clients, consultants, Landlord, Owner, sub-contractors and relevant Authorities to ensure smooth completion of projects.
2. Prepare, review and submit all detailed programs, schedules, method statements, technical proposals, and risk assessment plans.
3. Conduct regular internal and attend all site meetings.
4. Lead a team of professional and technical staff in the planning and execution of day-to-day operations.
5. Prepare and submit quotations, tender bids, and contracts.
6. Ensuring that all safety procedures are followed on site to prevent injuries on the job site.
7. Conducting inspections of work done by contractors to ensure that it meets code requirements and quality control on the project throughout the development
8. Managing the budget for the project, including tracking materials costs and labor hours used.
9. Coordinating with sub-contractors and suppliers to schedule deliveries of materials and equipment when needed.
10. Developing a plan for managing the construction process, including timeframes for each phase of work.

Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma qualification.
2. At least 3 years’ experience in Commercial (F&B, Retail, Offices) & Residential (HDB, Landed, Private)projects.
3. Possess analytical mindset, independent, initiative , positive working attitude and highly responsible individual.
4. Able to adapt and work in fast pace environment & long working hours.
5. Able to lead the project team.
6. Possess class 3 driving licence.
7. Working at night and sunday. (if required)
8. Possess knowledge of excel, powerpoint and autocad (an advantage)
