Job Description & Requirements

Job Scope

1. To meet and present creative ideas and problem solving solutions to customers.
2. To do space planning, furniture selection, colours and mood board.
3. To Work closely with the project team and client during the renovation and construction phase.
4. To Understand the renovation process and procedures.
5. Need to source materials and create sample boards according to client’s requirements and submission to management.
6. To Prepare a precise quotation based on customer design brief and budget.
7. To understand both residential and commercial design concept.
8. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or Arts.
2. Competent in Sketchup, VRay, 3D Max, MS Office, Auto Cad, 3D Studio Max , Adobe Photoshop. Illustrator.
3. Creative and able to work independently.
4. Ability to work in a team and adapt to fast pace environment.

Interior Renovation

Job Description & Requirements

1. To follow up with customer sales enquiries, get sales into company and follow up closely.
2. Liase with the suppliers, contractors, management and relevant project authorities.
3. Sales and service-orientated position with technical expertise in renovation knowledge requirements.
4. Responsible for driving sales and achieving targets.
5. Have knowledge of materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.
6. Manage project timeline and estimate project costs.
7. Incharge of projects from start to handover.

Requirements and Qualifications:

1. Min. of Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architectural or Sales related field or equivalent.
2. at least with 3 years of experience in relevant fields is preferred.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe based softwares (Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, Indesign) advantage
4. Possess good behavior and is able to speak English well. Additional languages and dialects like Mandarin and Hokkien or others is a bonus.
5. Problem solving solutions and eye for details
6. Driving licence.
