We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled IT Operations Support person to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support, both onsite and remotely. The ideal candidate will assist with IT projects, handle technical support calls, and help coordinate project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1 and L2 technical support via phone, email, and onsite
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer IT issues both remotely and onsite
