To excel in this role, you should have:
- Experience: 1–3 years in IT support or a related role.
- Skills:Strong troubleshooting abilities for hardware, software, and network issues.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., static IPs, routers, and switches).
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
- Personality: Customer-focused, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Education: Diploma in IT or related field.
