Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled IT Operations Support person to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support, both onsite and remotely. The ideal candidate will assist with IT projects, handle technical support calls, and help coordinate project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 and L2 technical support via phone, email, and onsite
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer IT issues both remotely and onsite
- Assist in coordinating and executing IT projects
- Set up, install, and maintain hardware and software for clients
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
- Support project managers with project coordination and task management
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networking issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Positive attitude with a willingness to take on challenges and learn
- Experience with IT support or technical projects is an advantage
- Must be adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks
