• Assist Project Manager and his deputy on day-to-day management, site technical/ engineering matters and authority submissions
• Prepare method statements, monthly progress claims measurement and reports.

Requirements:

• Candidate must posses at least Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the telecommunications or Electrical related fields is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Autocad, Project Management
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering- Electrical or equivalent.
• 5.5 days week
• Strong and clear communication skills with proven ability to engage others

Project Manager Job Responsibilities:

1. Establishing clear objectives and deliverables for each project to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

2. Managing project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and projects are delivered on schedule.

3. Be accountable to the Customer as the Contractor’s agent, for all aspects of the design, development, delivery, installation, integration, migration, testing, implementation, operations, and maintenance services of the System.

4. Co-ordinate project activities with the Customer, existing vendors and other parties as indicated by the Customer.

5. Prepare and submit detailed development plans and schedules.

6. Manage changes within project constraints, e.g. scope, resource, and schedule.

7. Attending regular onsite and online customer meetings, responsible for the write-up of meeting deliverables, milestone reports, and project acceptance documentation, as well as overseeing the billing process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

8. Prepare and submit progress reports, development plans and schedules.

9. Manage changes within project constraints, e.g. scope, resource, and schedule.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic), or other related

discipline required

• 5+ years of project experience working in the telecommunication or electrical related

industry required

· Project Management experience with budgeting, project cost estimating, scheduling and planning

· Ability to coordinate and integrate work across multiple disciplines, complete scheduling and resource planning activities to drive efficient work processes, identify and manage all project risks, and enhance customer communication and satisfaction

· Demonstrated experience with strong communications with internal and external stakeholders

· PMP certificate or equivalent project management training required (Optional)

· Telco or Telecom communications - this or related applicable related experience is required for this role
