Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in Drawing drafting for Space planning and furniture detail drawing.
- Development of space planning, and design concepts.
- Design documentation and material selections, as well as working closely with suppliers to execute the design construction.
- Assisting in tendering new projects such as developing conceptualized interior design, and drafting.
- Handle the tasks of drawing and rendering work by using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop for each assigned project.
- Perform site visits for projects.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Other ad hoc duties required by Superior.
Job Requirements:
- The candidate must possess a minimum of a Graduate Diploma in Interior Design/ Architecture or related studies.
- Fresh graduate/ 1 Year of working experience in corporate office interior design or a relevant field is required for this position.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and team player.
- Able to take instructions well.
- Manage work under a tight schedule and complete it on time.
- Meticulous, well organised with good time management.
- Demonstrate willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Bilingual (Minimum - English, Mandarin).
- Possesses excellent design capabilities, has a flair for creativity and a positive attitude & develops conceptual design for our clients.
Skill(s):
- Autodesk, AutoCAD, SketchUP, Adobe Photoshop & Microsoft Office Suites
- Outstanding graphic presentation skills.
- Possess strong conceptual and experiential design skills.
