Job Description:
Handle Account Payables :
- Issue PO to the vendor, handle Invoice and issue payment to the vendor, Maintain records of payments and receipts
Assist Accounts Receivables if the team member is on leave
HR Duties :
Apply for work permit, process application for work permit & arrange Payroll for workers
Handling the reimbursement of petty cash.
Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- SPM , 'O' level or diploma in Accounting
- With at least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Fluent in Written and Spoken English
- Excellent attention to detail/figures and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Hard working and able to work under pressure
- Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with various teams within our company
