We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team of interior design experts. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and driving growth in projects and revenue.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy
• Implement a business development strategy with a robust calendar of meetings with potential clients, key contacts, and existing clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including clients, markets, and partnerships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, as well as with industry partners and stakeholders
• Lead and manage the bid preparation process with inputs from the design team including proposal writing, pricing strategy, and project team selection
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure that proposals highlight the firm's capabilities and expertise
• Provide regular business development reporting and analysis to the executive team
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes, and adjust business development strategies as needed
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the firm

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Marketing, Business Management, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in business development within the interior design, architecture, or creative industry
• Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the proposal/bid preparation process
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
• Familiarity with interior design industry trends, regulations, and best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant business development software

Job Description:

Handle Account Payables :

- Issue PO to the vendor, handle Invoice and issue payment to the vendor, Maintain records of payments and receipts

Assist Accounts Receivables if the team member is on leave

HR Duties :

Apply for work permit, process application for work permit & arrange Payroll for workers

Handling the reimbursement of petty cash.

Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

- SPM , 'O' level or diploma in Accounting

- With at least 3 years of relevant working experience

- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

- Fluent in Written and Spoken English

- Excellent attention to detail/figures and the ability to handle multiple tasks

- Hard working and able to work under pressure

- Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with various teams within our company
