Job Scope

1. Order Processing

-Manage and process orders such as Quotations, Sales Orders, Purchases Orders, Delivery Orders, Invoicing/Billing and and other supporting documents such as export documents for overseas customers

-Coordinate production requests between sales team and factory operations

2. Update sales reports and inventory reports

3. Sales support

-Assist Sales Representatives with their queries such as preparation of quotations, presentations slides and samples for customers

-Monitor product availability

-Manage schedules

-Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to sales order processing

Requirements

-Proficient in Microsoft Office

-Able to work independently and meticulous

Work Hours

Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm

This is a temporary position attached to a non-profit, non-government organization.

Location: Buona Vista

Duration: Immediate until July 2024

Job Scope

-Perform a comprehensive audit of the CRM to identify and remove specific data
-Clean up the ‘Company Master’ tab
-Update data in both the old and new CRM systems, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
-Ensure that the data declared in the the Portal are accurately reflected in the CRM.
-Collaborate with the team to assist in the implementation of a prepayment protection system for the scheme

Requirements

-Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Prior experience with data auditing and cleanup is highly desirable.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 6.15pm

Friday 8.45am to 5.45pm, 5 day week

Hourly Pay $12.00 - $14.00
