-Process payment, refund and receipt of transaction

-Carry out timely preparation approval and submission of monthly and yearly statement of accounts

-Ensure timely preparation of monthly and yearly statement of accounts for endorsement

-Ensure compliance with government procurement and financial procedures

-Assist to develop internal checks and control, SOPs and template to facilitate effective operation of the accounts

-Assist in customer service and administrative duties as/when required

Requirements

-O Level /LCCI Accounting or Diploma

-Preferably with relevant experience

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, 5 day week

Once a month, one Sunday will be scheduled for closing of month end account.

Salary $3,000 monthly

Job Scope

– Accounts Receivables

– Accounts Payable

– General Ledger

– Fixed Assets

– Monthly Bank Reconciliation

– Quarterly GST Reporting

– Perform functions relating to financial year closing of accounts like preparation of schedules, outstanding commitments and reconciliations in compliance with Statutory – Board Financial Reporting Standards.

– Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports for submission to Management.

– Report any discrepancies in the accounts.

– Any other duties allocated by the supervisors.

Requirements

-Diploma or Degree

-Preferably with relevant experience

Working Hours

Twice a week from Monday to Friday (any 2 work days)

8.30am to 6pm

Salary $1,200 negotiable
