Job Scope

Scope of Work:

-Coordinate programmes and initiatives designed to support lower-income households.
-Conduct regular outreach efforts to build relationships with residents, assessing their needs and overall well-being.
-Actively encourage families to participate in community programmes and initiatives.
-Assist families in understanding and applying for relevant policies, schemes, and subsidies to ensure they receive adequate support.
-Participate in case reviews, ensuring timely assessments, effective feedback, and clear communication of updates.

Requirements

-Has keen interest or experience in community work.

-Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

-Familiarity with government schemes and social service framework

Working Hours

Monday to Sunday 1pm to 10pm

OFF days: 1 weekday and either weekend, 5 day week

This is a permanent position attached to a maid agency. Location: Orchard

Job Scope
– Oversee the end-to-end process of the domestic helper placement cycle, including sourcing, selection, interviews, contract preparation, and client support.
-Lead and mentor a team of sales agents, providing them with guidance, support, and training to maximize their performance.
-Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and other relevant authorities.
-Manage client relationships, address enquiries, and resolve any issues related to domestic helper placements.
-Monitor sales agents’ performance and provide guidance.
-Develop and implement strategies to grow the business and improve the overall customer experience.
-Work closely with management to set sales targets and ensure team goals are met or exceeded.
-Handle recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales agents as needed.

Requirements:
–CEI certified (a must)
-Familiarity with MOM regulations and industry practices
-Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
-Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
-Results-driven and able to achieve sales targets.

Working Hours/Days

Monday to Sunday 5.5 day week

10am to 7pm

Half Day: 10am to 2pm or 3pm to 7pm

OFF day is flexible

Monthly Pay Range $2,500 to $3,500 (excluding commission)
