1. Order Processing

-Manage and process orders such as Quotations, Sales Orders, Purchases Orders, Delivery Orders, Invoicing/Billing and and other supporting documents such as export documents for overseas customers

-Coordinate production requests between sales team and factory operations

2. Update sales reports and inventory reports

3. Sales support

-Assist Sales Representatives with their queries such as preparation of quotations, presentations slides and samples for customers

-Monitor product availability

-Manage schedules

-Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to sales order processing

This is a temporary monthly-rated position attached to a Community Club in the East. Location: Tampines

Duration: 06 months to 01 year

Job Scope

-Assist to formulate, implement and review plans for the development of Grassroots Organisations (GROs) and the community. Attend monthly meetings of the GROs assigned and take follow-up actions.

-Provide administrative and logistical support and guidance to the GROs to facilitate effective implementation of their activities.

-Mobilise residents to participate in national campaigns and projects

– Assist Constituency Managers in organising community outreach and projects, including sub-group activities.

– Provide information and handle enquiries on CC services to the general public.

– Promote CC membership scheme/activities/courses/events

– Other administrative, business development and operations duties as assigned.
