Job Description:

• Developing strategies marketing plan including GTM strategy, pricing and promotions.
• Responsible for assigned brands business achievements including managing vendor relations and expectation and product and inventory management.
• Manage products forecast, marketing planning and budgeting, and execution, including follow-up closely on marketing claims and closure.
• Plan all sales and marketing activities and promotions in advance and ensure compliance in execution.
• Accountable for achieving set Sales Targeting and KPIs given.
• Conduct immediate review of all major marketing activities and promotions for performance achievements.
• Strong engagement with sales teams, brand owners and channel (platform) partners to continuous seek ways to increase sales.
• Conduct quarterly and yearly business review with sales and brand owners to review brand performance for immediate and future improvements.

• Involve in contract negotiation.
• Lay down standard operating procedure (SOP) and guidelines within the team.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing/IT or an equivalent discipline
• At least 3 years of strong experience in ecommerce industry, experience working in vendor and distributor level is a big plus
• Must have past experience in managerial/leadership role
• Highly organized and efficient

· Develop and execute a comprehensive brand go-to-market sales & marketing strategies in e-commerce marketplace platforms that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives.

· Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.

· Optimize product listings for maximum visibility and sales conversion.

· Negotiate with platform partners to optimize brands’ visibility and conversion opportunities.

· Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and appealing product descriptions, images, and pricing.

· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of brand strategies and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the brand strategy.

· Develop and manage budgets for brand marketing and advertising initiatives to optimize spending and achieve desired results.

· Gather and analyse customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and address customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for prospecting sales by acquiring major brands of products and merchandise into Online platforms to increase the company distributor presence in the regional e-commerce industry.
• Constant gathering of market intelligence on industry trends, competitive development, and evaluation of potential business opportunities whenever arises.
• Responsible for sales presentation proposals and presenting sales pitches to clients/customers based on their requests and needs.
• Responsible for contract drafting proposal and negotiation.
• To plan and develop E-Commerce go-to-market business strategy to increase revenue, meet objectives together with Product Marketing Team
• Manage vendor accounts, understand vendors’ business objectives, pain points resolve issues quickly, and ensure continuous engagement and cultivation of strong rapport
• P&L Management & Sales Cadence: manage the sales pipeline and maintain revenue leadership. Provide regular reporting and forecasting to management

Experience Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in any equivalent discipline
• Min 3-5 years work experience in Business Development / Marketing and team setup
• Mandatory requirement: Proven experience working with e-commerce enablers or marketplace platforms.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and good digital skills (Microsoft office, platform knowledge, etc.
