Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote our products or services.
Engage prospects in friendly & persuasive conversation to understand their needs and tailor product/service offerings accordingly.
Provide excellent service and support to our clients and answer to their questions in a clear and informative manner.
Qualifying leads and passing them on to the sales team for further conversion.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update the customer database with relevant information.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-driven, confident and resulted oriented.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients over the phone.
Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Experienced in Telemarketing/Telesales preferred.
Inexperienced individual are welcome to apply.
English and Mandarin speaking preferred.
Flexible working schedule.
Min 3 days/week and min 4 hours/day
Salary:
From $500 - $6,000 (Varies based on experience & Achieved Monthly Targets)
Competitive Hourly Rate + Monthly Target + Profit Sharing Structure
