Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out scheduled O&M tasks and ad-hoc maintenance within deadlines, ensuring top-quality standards.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections, completing and submitting checklists promptly to the supervisor.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, ensuring timely submission of records.
• Handle corrective maintenance for equipment breakdowns and submit relevant documents.
• Report equipment issues to the supervisor and assist in implementing fixes.
• Support operational activities as required.
• Perform initial troubleshooting, reporting findings, and assist with advanced troubleshooting.
• Supervise contractors to ensure work meets standards.
• Report any anomalies or potential damages immediately.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following EHS procedures.
• Monitor and manage stock levels of parts and supplies.
• Undertake other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience:

• Minimum ITE Higher Nitec in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, or industrial).
• Minimum 3 years' experience in facilities engineering or similar.
• Knowledge of fire alarm systems, vehicle barrier system and emergency response system.
• Understanding of building regulations and health & safety.
• Strong communication skills, able to work well with non-engineering colleagues.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot on the spot.
• Must be willing to travel to Changi T4

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the fire protection team (consisting of 1 Assistant Engineer, 3 Technical Officers & 4 workers)
• Develop and implement fire protection strategies, standards, and policies in line with industry regulations.
• Create fire protection plans by working closely with other departments and contractors
• Design and execute fire safety training programs for facility staff and workers.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing to ensure compliance.
• Stay abreast of developments in fire protection systems, codes, and standards. Ensure the team remains updated on best practices.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, fire departments, and other stakeholders to guarantee compliance with codes and regulations.
• Provide technical support to project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders as needed.
• Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of fire protection systems & also to ensure all fire protection systems are in good working condition
• Develop and monitor budgets, providing regular reports to the Director of Facilities Management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of projects

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Facilities, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Preferably with a minimum of 3 or 5 years of experience in fire protection or facilities management, with a focus on fire protection.
• Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, principles, codes, and standards is advantageous.
• Experience in managing and leading a team of engineers and technicians.

Accounts Officer, 1 year contract for a MNC, base in the west area of Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payables
• Posting journals
• Perform and finalise balance Sheet reconciliation
• Manage daily costing- approve new material costing or re-costing & calculate landed cost & do some comparison
• Perform yearly costing exercise as cost change each year
• Manage customer daily pricing
• Manage inventory write off & stock adjustment
• Perform quarter parts cycle count
• Perform yearly stock take exercise
• Analyze quarterly inventory provision
• Support Finance month end closing
• Involved in external & internal audit exercise
• Account Receivables-Post customer payments

• Diploma in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering or related field with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in fire protection or facilities management
• Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, principles, codes and standards.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
