RESPONSIBILITIES
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers in the cleanroom, biotechnology and pharmaceutical production industries
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for products offered and agencies assigned
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, services or solutions that will meet those needs.
- Analyse the territory and market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Develop strong technical know-how on products and applications to support and effectively engage prospects and clients
- Foster and enhance good relationship with all of our customers and grow product portfolio for the team
REQUIREMENTS
Incumbent should ideally be from a Sales Engineer background, experienced in sales related to cleanroom/industrial/pharmaceutical industries. Sales experience is in relations to capital equipment (CAPEX)/ Engineering/integration-related solutions, unlike benchtop devices.
- Minimum diploma in Engineering, Biotechnology or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales environment within related industries (e.g.: healthcare/ cleanroom/ pharmaceutical/ industrial equipment)
- Has strong sales track records
- Experienced in tender and request for quotation (RFQ) preparation and costing
- Preferably with cleanroom or pharmaceutical equipment sales experience
- Good communication & presentation skills (well versed in English – both spoken and written)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Target driven and able to work independently
- Meticulous and organized personality
