Job description:
- Accurately and efficiently fulfil requests from customers i.e. order processing, preparation of shipping documents, booking of shipments, etc.
- Escalate issues with high priority to the relevant departments/stakeholders
- Analyse data for reporting and implement preventive actions to deter transactional errors
- Manage import and/or export licences applications and safekeeping of documents
- Managing process improvements projects & customer engagement including annual customer survey i.e. using data analysis to create action plan
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders i.e. customers, sales team, planners, finance team, logistics team
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in Supply Chain Management or Logistics related
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in export and shipping operations
- Competent in Microsoft Excel, planning and organizational skills
