Job description

• Provide daily and strategic engineering oversight to the Operations team in maintaining and troubleshooting equipment and systems.
• Interfaces with Facilities supervisors and managers to resolve building operation problems and design issues
• To ensure the maintenance programs and rectification jobs are manage by a team of technical officers and technicians efficiently.
• Responsible for the daily AC thermal comfort are within acceptable limit.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
• Provides project status of assigned task list items to Facilities supervisors, managers, technicians, and other internal department personnel, as necessary.
• Works as a collaborator and with a wide variety of other professionals to find unique solutions to challenging problems.
• Implement efficiency improvement on the operational process, innovating and implementing systems improvement on energy conservation.
• Preparing reports and documentation.
• Creating maintenance plans and schedules.
• Coordinating contractors for installation and maintenance projects.
• Checking work completed by contractors for compliance and safety.
• Plan, schedule and supervise Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work activities, priorities and reallocate resource when required, on ACMV equipment system under the responsibilities of Facilities organization.
• Conducting research on systems and equipment and presenting this information to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Evaluating the efficiency of systems and equipment within a facility.
• Lead and participate in equipment and system abnormalities root cause analysis, attend review meeting, and provide update, then execute corrective and preventive action for continual improvement, this includes installation and modification work on existing or new mechanical equipment and system.

Requirements

• Knowledge of ACMV/HVAC air-conditioning
• Be able to conduct conditional assessment for existing systems.
• Well verse in local regulatory requirements.
• Estimate labour for complex mechanical system installation.
• Develop expertise in equipment as assigned.
• Generate Project ROM, Budget Estimates, Power Point Presentation
• Must possess leadership abilities and good client maintenance skills
• Knowledge of construction principles and building processes
• Understanding of building regulations and health & safety

• Experience with project management principles

Job description:

• Work with Engineering team to ensure timely launch of new products
• Develop Process Parameters, Fixture Tooling and Process Controls for production parts
• Provide documented procedures on buyoff on new/transfer molds prior to mass production release
• Ensure that yields and cycle time are in accordance with BOM standard
• Execute productivity program such as process automation, tooling and fixture fabrication/improvement, etc.
• Review and provide Corrective Action Report promptly to all customers on customers’ complaints and monitor/follow-up on all quality issues relate to assigned customer’s product
• Provide rework instruction to non-conformance product; Initiate action to prevent recurrence through proper documentation of process instructions, root cause analysis, process flow chart, FMEA, Control Plan, etc; Update and review these documents on a timely basis
• Provide after sales support to customer and champion in-house activities to meet customer’s requirement
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Superior
• Take reasonable care of workplace health and safety; abide by all EHS policies and procedures; cooperate with Management and colleagues in EHS initiatives

Requirements:
