Description
- Manage local Accounts/ Key Accounts for assigned sector
- Review customers’ requirements and discuss/ recommend specialised applications/ solutions
- Handle products proposals, presentations for customers
- Build relationship with client base, visit clients, be savvy with happenings on the ground, strive to expand clientele over time
- Work closely with internal stakeholders for customisation or development of specific requirements from customers
- Handle any follow-up or feedback from customers
Requirements
- Tertiary education (Diploma/ Degree) in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronics discipline
- Candidates with required educational background but no Client Support Engineer experience will be considered as training will be provided for company’s specialised technology in their applications/ products
- Engineers with client service experience is an advantage
