Job Descriptions
He/she shall be responsible in answering customer calls within 3 rings, prepare and process of enquires within 24 hours, quotations according to customers’ requirements within 48 hours, follow up on quotation and order processing
He/she is authorized to monitor, approve and undersign all quotations that have a value amount of not more than S$5,000 or equivalent. If the quotation value exceeds more than S$5,000 and S$20,000 or equivalent, approval is required by SSE and GM respectively.
He/she shall assist customer in sourcing of other customized products not listed in our product range.
He/she shall ensure orders are processed and delivery schedule meeting customer’s requirements.
He/she is responsible to provide customer with pre and post sales technical support.
He/she need to achieve sales target set.
He/she shall be responsible to develop new accounts & maintain designated accounts assigned.
He/she is responsible for backing up the SSE during his/her absence or whenever necessary/require.
He/she shall be assisting marketing actions plans such as control and distribution of catalogues, updating of customers’ profiles, informing customers of new products, etc.
He/she is responsible to generate sales reports as and when assigned by the SSE/GM.
He/she is to perform work related duties assigned by immediate superior/ management from time to time.
He/she may need to meet customers in person on an as-needed basis.
Requirements
ITE or above qualification in Mechanical Engineering
Basic digital marketing knowledge will be an advantage
Good communication skill and ability to communicate mechanical concepts clearly and effectively
