- Business Operations Management:
Oversee and manage all aspects of business operations in Singapore to ensure smooth functioning and alignment with company objectives.
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve company goals and drive growth in the Singapore market.
- Financial Management:Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Monitor financial performance through forecasting, cost control, and ensuring profitability.
Regularly review financial results and take corrective actions when needed.
- Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 11 employees, fostering a positive work environment, and driving productivity and performance across all functions.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Prepare and present monthly performance reports to senior management, outlining key metrics, business performance, and any required course adjustments.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior management role within a similar-sized business.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of team management and performance improvement.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
