Working Hours:
Mon - Fri (8.30am-6.00pm)

Responsibilities:

• Review balance sheet schedules include bank reconciliation and follow up the aged item with GBS and business operation.
• Review fixed asset capitalisation and disposal in accordance with company fixed asset policy
• Ensure timely and accurate month end/year end closing process, including BPC reporting submission to Group
• Responsible for Inchcape InControl Framework and provide guidance on compliance
• Review GST submission and ensure tax computations are in order
• Ensure statutory report complies with relevant accounting and reporting standards.
• Key person to deal with any external/internal audit issue related to General Ledger
• Plan and conduct monthly/yearly stock count, monitor the stock take process in alignment with InControl Framework
• Provide technical expertise and advice on accounting related matters to GBS, business operation
• Other ad-hoc duties as required and/or assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong Technical accounting background
• At least 4-5 years general ledger accounting experience is required. Some audit experience would be preferred.
• Someone who does General Ledger, Reviewing of General Ledger
• Good to know SAP system (No need also can)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, i.e. Microsoft Excel, Power point and Word especially good command of advance Microsoft Excel formulas and functions
