Our client is looking into expanding their business to Singapore, and is looking for Head of Finance / Finance Executive to venture the team with them.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and improve the company's financial management system and organize its implementation; lead the formulation of the company's financial strategy, financial management, and internal control work.
- Review financial statements and submit financial analysis and management reports.
- Manage daily operations such as budgeting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Manage taxation, analyze tax burdens, and engage in tax planning.
- Handle external financing and other external relations.
- Build and manage the financial team.
Key Requirements
- Over 10 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in a similar position.
- Background knowledge of mobile phone industry, 3C consumer electronics, home appliances, or retail sales.
- Familiar with national financial and tax policies
- Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and using financial software and office tools.
- Strong financial management, analytical judgment, and communication and coordination skills.
