Responsibilities:

• Sourcing of direct purchases for operational needs.
• Requests quote from vendors to compile cost comparation tables for internal stakeholders
• Negotiation with vendors for cost competitive offers
• Responsible for raising purchase orders (POs) on a daily basis and maintaining procurement records in P2P (Oracle Fusion) for Singapore
• Responsible for raising purchase orders (POs) on a daily basis and maintaining procurement records in SAP for Singapore
• Responsible for raising purchase orders (POs) daily and maintaining procurement records in P2P (Oracle Fusion) for Malaysia
• ERP Oracle Fusion Track and record database management
• Monitor order delivery timeline and follow up late deliveries.
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to align goals for supplied products specifications

• Monitor outstanding invoices and to request PR creation in P2P from respective end user departments.
• Any other Ad-Hoc administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Experience in SAP would be preferred

Jobscope:

• Raise and manage daily POs and procurement records in Oracle Fusion (P2P) for Singapore and Malaysia, and in SAP for Singapore.
• Maintain Oracle Fusion ERP records and track orders, ensuring timely deliveries and following up on delays.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to meet product specifications and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare samples for the analysis of water and solid samples.
• Conduct water sample analysis using manual titration, colorimetric methods, and instruments such as TOC (Total Organic Carbon), flow injection analyser, UV-spectrometer, and titrator.
