Jobscope:

• Provide efficient service in the breakfast lounge
• Prepare simple breakfast as per hotel standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage food inventory and supplies.
• Respond to guests' compliants, requests and inquiries in a professional manner.
• Work with team members to ensure seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
• Be familiar with serviced residence facilities and funcations.
• Assist with property event or activities when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

The candidate must be good in organizing and stock taking.

Possess food hygiene certificate

Able to work in a fast paced environment

• Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical, Electronic, or any other engineering disciplines
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS office
