We are looking for a proactive and dynamic individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills to join a Fortune 500 Company as a Human Resource Assistant. The ideal candidate should be a strong problem-solver with a keen analytical mindset, and well-versed in mobility compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of employee relocations and transfers
- Provide expert advice to both management and employees on mobility policies, addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Coordinate international relocation activities, including the processing of work permits, arranging accommodations, ensuring compliance with tax laws, and upholding mobility policies
- Ensure prompt and accurate documentation and reporting related to employee movement
- Collaborate with vendors for payroll processing, and oversee the management of tax compliance, bonus calculations, and payroll entries
- Support the administration of employee benefits, insurance programs, wellness initiatives, and the preparation of reports, including responses to government surveys
- Assist in various HR-related projects and initiatives
Key Requirements:
- Degree in human resource, business administration, or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in HR, ideally in compensation and benefits or mobility
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of international mobility or relocation processes is a plus
