Key Responsibilities:
- Perform helpdesk duty and day-to-day computer operations;
- Resolve basic IT issues such as Windows OS and productivity tools queries;
- Carry out IT support activities to ensure the optimal performance from systems and network, accessible to Server all the times in fulfilling the business operations need;
- Coordinate with the Corporate Helpdesk/ IT Team to provide resolution to Software, Hardware, Server and Network related issues;
- Support on the MS Exchange and Active Directory in terms of User/Print/File Management (i.e., Create, delete, modify);
- Investigating and diagnosing network problems;
- Configuration and installation of IT solutions;
- Assist in administrative and receptionist duties when necessary;
- Perform ad-hoc duties as and when being assigned by the Supervisor;
Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology or its equivalent;
- 1-3-years exposure in desktop/Helpdesk support;
- Excellent in hardware, software, network and server troubleshooting;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Low voltage wiring experience;
- Basic Knowledge of Hyper-V administration;
