Key Responsibilities:

Ensure optimal placement of products on shelves and displays according to company standards and market trends.
Regularly review and update product displays to attract and engage customers.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of products.
Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock rotation to minimize expired items.
Implement sales strategies and promotions to increase product visibility and drive sales.
Work closely with the team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and in-store promotions.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product information and recommendations.
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and sales growth.
Report on sales performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

NITEC / Diploma in Retail Services
Previous experience in sales within a pharmacy is advantageous.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maximize profitability through enhanced sales merchandising standards and optimized sales space.
