Responsibilities

- Handle full set of accounts

· Handle accounts payable and receivable for physical products trading.

· Review trade contracts.

• Degree in Accounting, or equivalent with 4 years’ experience in AP &AR
• Proficiency in MS Office especially in Microsoft Excel
• Sun/Horizon/IMOS system experience is an advantage
• Working experience with a logistic and commodities company is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under time pressure
• Possess good planning and organizing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• In charge in maintaining full set of accounts
• Prepare monthly financial analysis for P&L, Balance Sheet & CAPEX (Budget & Forecast)
• Prepare monthly GST submission
• Assist in the annual budgeting exercise
• Assist in year-end audit and tax exercise

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Experience in Construction, O&G or Marine industry will consider
