We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Senior Recruiter with expertise in the commodities trading industry to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, with a strong emphasis on building relationships with clients and candidates in this fast-paced and dynamic sector. You will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent to meet the unique demands of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers for roles across the commodities trading sector.
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Management: Build and nurture a robust network of candidates with expertise in the commodities trading industry, ensuring a pipeline of high-quality talent.
- Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, talent landscapes, and market dynamics to provide strategic recruitment insights to both clients and candidates.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with hiring managers, HR teams, and senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, placement ratios, and client satisfaction.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: At least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the commodities trading or related industries.
- Results-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Networking Skills: Strong ability to connect with and attract high-caliber talent in niche markets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and candidates.
