- Regional Commercial Constrcution Experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, direct and manage regional commercial team with strategic execution and support to tenders submission for the region’s businesses.
- The efficient and effective management of the commercial, procurement and contractual activities for the region’s Business.
- The professional development of commercial, procurement, contract administration and project management staff in commercial matters.
- Regular interface with Group functions, including Commercial, Finance, Engineering etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant tertiary qualification with a minimum of 15 years’ experience in project and contractual engineering with at least 10 years’ experience in the construction/engineering industry in a Senior Commercial management role.
- FRICS qualified or equivalent
- Demonstrate integrity and acumen in establishing and maintaining relationships internally and externally with stakeholders and customers.
- Significant working experience in Asia with a strong cultural understanding. Demonstrated ability to analyse contractual / legal issues and provide solutions through appropriate problem-solving techniques.
- Sound commercial acumen accompanied by proven negotiation and inter-relationship skills evidenced by effective dispute resolutions.
- Able to quickly grasp concepts and apply innovative solutions to the status quo.
- Clear and definitive communication - written and verbal accompanied by competent presentation ability.

- Salary: From $9,000-$12,000 / Negotiable (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
