Role: Senior Business System Analyst

Salary range: $5400-$7000

Job description:

• Gather, analyse and formalise user’s business requirements and processes, evaluate on feasibility of implementation and manage scope of project.
• Lead discussion with customers, drive requirement gathering session, including reviews/walkthroughs.
• Review project documentation such as Requirement Specifications/ Use Case Specifications to ensure that it meets customers requirement and conforms to quality management process standards and procedures to minimise rework.
• Adhere to project scope, update requirement traceability matrix, inform and record out-of-scope issues.
• Review / develop technical design specification and translate technical design into process/program specification.
• Lead in preparation of test scenarios, conducting User Acceptance Test (UAT) and the activities in UAT phase.
• Prepare user manual and operations manual and plan & facilitate training of users and operators in using the system.
• Manage and escalate critical issues such as scope creep with the relevant managers.
• Maintain good rapport with customer to manage their expectation in terms of project scope & schedule.
• Provide consultancy and advice to the business solution. Anticipate, quantifies and resolves problems and issues related to requirements.
• Provide consultancy to the team on IT products and tools, including interconnectivity and relationships between the tools.
• Guide the team in understanding the system architecture design and information architecture design.
• Provide advice to clients in a specific domain to review the business process and propose improvements and ICT solutions to meet their needs.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline
• 7 years IT experience in project management and business analysis
• Experienced in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or SCRUM
• Experience in Salesforce and/or FinancialForce product implementation.
• Experience in supporting/developing Bespoke web applications.
• Technology – Familiar with MSSQL and .NET, Salesforce and/or FinancialForce development tool.
• Domain – Familiar with Project Financial, Resource Management, Project management tools etc

Our client, market, and technology leader in solutions for automated wire processing is inviting a suitable candidate to join them as a Service Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Serve client’s equipment by project and service agreements

· Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance or repair

· Resolve any equipment faults and ensure quality of work.

· Identification and reporting of health and safety risks, accidents, incidents, injuries and property damage at the workplace.

· Inspect completed work to check that repairs have been completed correctly

· Complete all allocated tasks assigned

REQUIREMENTS

· ITE / Nitec / Diploma in areas of Electrical / Mechanical / Electromechanical Engineering

· Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.

· 2-3 years’ of service experience in control engineering / industrial automation (conveyors) / maintenance of plant/machinery/material handling equipment

· Experience in computerized maintenance systems

· Experience in pneumatic/hydraulic systems

· Excellent verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills

· General good attitude and workplace behaviour

OTHER INFORMATION:
Located @ West (On sites)
12 hours rotation / 2-3-3-2 / Monthly rotation
Salary negotiable (Will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
