Salary: Up to $4,500 per month

Working Hours: 9am – 6pm, 5 working days

Contract Duration: 4 Months (15 Sep 2024 – 14 Jan 2025) – Non-renewable

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily customer service activities, including handling calls and emails, and contacting Lucky Draw winners (if applicable).
  Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Periodically update LED messages at petrol stations, ensuring accuracy and relevancy.
• Assist with the printing of member cards and SPC vouchers.
  Handle SPC voucher procurement, department procurement, and other procurement needs for service stations.
  Coordinate courier services and pest control measures for the stations.
• Provide general administrative support to the department and undertake any other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in administrative and/or customer service support.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, as the role requires communication with Chinese-speaking customers.
• Good team player with a positive working attitude.
  

Job Description:

Support store management in meeting or exceeding store sales targets.

• Initiate contact with customers in the store, ensuring they feel welcomed.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and facilitate a superior checkout experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage back-of-house operations and participate in store cleaning duties as needed.

• Ensure all visual and merchandising directives, promotions, and markdowns are executed timely.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Preferably 1-2 years of retail experience.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.

Personal Qualities/Skills:

• Strong communication skills (written & oral), teamwork, flexibility, and proactiveness.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical requirements include twisting, bending, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods; ability to lift and carry 30 lbs / 13.61 kg.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.

Locations: Vivo City / Town Area / Novena

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine laboratory test procedures, including loading samples, conducting manual bench tests, receiving samples, and operating simple instruments.
• Assist in laboratory housekeeping tasks, such as topping up reagents and consumables.
• Handle incoming phone calls and provide necessary support.

Department: Haematology

Salary: $1,700/month

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• Saturday: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
