• Develop and maintain the platforms used by multiple government agencies.
• Collaborate with the product teams to analyze, enhance and ensure the reliability and sustainability of products throughout the product development cycle.
• Support product teams on the integration of their systems into the SEED zero trust network solution.
• Support end users on the enrolment of their devices into the SEED zero trust network solution.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for DevOps practices, driving contributions to automation, system availability, scalability, and resiliency within the team and across the wider government development community.
• Ensure infrastructure as code deployment security with various CICD toolchain such as Gitlab, Atlassian, Terraform.

The IT Application BA shall focus on the business requirements and functional solutions aspects of the project.

The BA shall be involved in the requirement study and gathering, testing and driving a smooth deployment, adoption and support the ongoing operations of the project.

Work Experience and technical skillset

• Candidate must have minimally 5 years of IT Application BA relevant experience i.e. understand solution engineering concepts and methods, and have produced technical application architecture design or specifications.
• Candidate must have attended related fundamental Cloud Technology (AWS, Azure, etc) trainings or certifications.
• Candidate must have worked on at least one project with practical experience in Agile Methodologies, tools and delivery.
• Candidate with experience in supporting Mobile and Cloud platforms, Micro-services & Micro-frontend technologies and DevOps with Automated Testing, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment experiences will be an added advantage.
• Candidate with experience in supporting databases (MSSQL, Oracle, Cosmo, Postgres etc), nodeJS, automated software testing will be an added advantage.
• Candidate with relevant experience in Vendor and Contract Management, Change Management / Service Request Management, Problem / Incident Management will be an added advantage.

Job Role:

• Liaise with Project Manager and Lead Engineers to collaborate and collect progress updates
• Work with Document Controller and Project Controller (Overseas).
• Responsible for creating / managing / updating the project schedules in Primavera P6. Should also be aware of managing multiple baselines.
• Prepare regular progress reports & S-Curves as required
• Prepare monthly reports including Float/Gap analysis, Manpower Planning and Cost reports.

Skills and Competency:

• Should be well conversant in Primavera P6.
• Should have a pleasing personality and good communication skills.
