Job Role:

• Liaise with Project Manager and Lead Engineers to collaborate and collect progress updates
• Work with Document Controller and Project Controller (Overseas).
• Responsible for creating / managing / updating the project schedules in Primavera P6. Should also be aware of managing multiple baselines.
• Prepare regular progress reports & S-Curves as required
• Prepare monthly reports including Float/Gap analysis, Manpower Planning and Cost reports.

Skills and Competency:

• Should be well conversant in Primavera P6.
• Should have a pleasing personality and good communication skills.
• Knowledge on Monthly consolidated reporting / Cost reporting shall be an additional advantage.
• Resource Loading, Basis of Earned value method (EVM)
• Multiple baseline Preparation monitoring and S Curve Reporting
• Float Analysis & Critical path analysis.

Education and Experience Required:

• Graduate.
• Should have minimum 5 years’ experience in project planning/ scheduling/Project Controls. Experience in EPC company / Automation company is preferred.

Job Summary:

The Service Delivery Manager will lead and manage the transition of IT services, processes, and projects, ensuring a smooth and efficient changeover with minimal disruption to operations.

The role will involve working closely with various stakeholders, including client project teams, and senior management, to deliver successful transitions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive transition plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Manage the execution of transition plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients, project teams, and senior management to understand transition requirements and objectives.
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
• Monitor and manage risks throughout the transition process.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet transition objectives.
• Develop and implement change management plans to support smooth transitions.
• Ensure that all stakeholders are prepared for and can adapt to changes.
• Monitor the performance of transitions against defined success criteria.
• Obtain the sign off from client after transition is completed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing IT service transitions / IT Delivery manager / Service Delivery Manager or similar projects is Mandatory.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in using project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
• Experience working with government projects would be a plus

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently devise cultural themes and content plans, conceptualize, and execute creative projects by formulating strategies and guidelines. Oversee tasks from content collection to editing and proofreading.

- Assist team members in completing overall or individual creative planning proposal work for PR project products.

Key Requirements:

Senior Marketing Manager Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee company's team of marketing department staff
• Ensure the team is effective in promoting the company and its products

Description:

• Overall financial services industry knowledge with specific functional expertise.

• Broad exposure and strong experience on shaping and driving test strategy, detailed Test Plan, test cases design, test data management and full cycle FT & NFT execution management of large-scale projects
• Strong understanding of Agile and lean practices including agile and testing related certifications.
• Excellent Knowledge of test programme concerns including test data management, testing policy, risk and issue reporting and resolution, test design and test development
• Strong leader-ship and ability with experience in planning leading a team.
• Understanding application business area and application requirements specifically in banking environment
• Strong exp in managing UAT bith in agile and waterfall delivery environment.
• Extensive hands-on exp in test planning, test execution, test management, defect tracking skills & test progress reporting including a variety of test management tools
• Skilled BA with relevant exp in coordination of SIT and UAT and multi phased project preferably in using Agile practise
• ISTQB certified Tester, certified Test manager CTM, Foundation level CTFL
• Basic understanding of testing principal
