• We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven director of business development to increase company revenue by identifying profitable business opportunities and developing long-term business growth strategies. Key Responsibilities:

- Secure business and foster revenue growth, conduct presentations for both existing and potential clients.

- Independently devise cultural themes and content plans, conceptualize, and execute creative projects by formulating strategies and guidelines. Oversee tasks from content collection to editing and proofreading.

• Plan & organize daily warehouse activities (eg. receiving, order picking, data recording, etc).
• Ensure efficient utilisation of warehouse space, pallet racking and resources such as forklift/reach trucks.
• Conduct & reconcile weekly cycle counts, ensure accuracy of transactions of finished goods, raw materials & packaging items.
• Manage inventory disposals of products according to local regulations.
• Oversee staff performance, provide training, identify improvements and manage relationships between shopfloor team and management.

Responsibilities:
Process customer orders/enquiries daily by Email, fax, or phone call.
Coordinate and correspond to customer/sales on the sales order status.
Coordinate with internal department to ensure smooth deliveries and resolve arising issues in a timely manner.
Handle export shipments for intercompany and direct overseas customers.
Prepare the shipping document for local and export shipment.
Support in investigations of internal / external complains to identify root cause and provide solutions.
Ensure hazardous substance license from local customers are valid and adhere to the regulation set by NEA and
SPF.
