Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement
- Lead and support initiatives for continuous improvement in utility system operations, maintenance, and reliability programs.
- Develop and implement metrics to optimize utility system performance.
- Oversee or assist system owners in utility projects, including the review of engineering design documents and associated drawings.
- Manage or participate in Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), commissioning, and system testing to meet User Specification Requirements (URS).
- Conduct system walk-downs to ensure the reliable operation of utility systems.
Safety and Quality Compliance
- Lead and support audit readiness activities for regulatory inspections, ensuring compliance with site SOPs, global SOPs, GEP, and GDP.
- Contribute to the development, revision, review, and approval of SOPs, risk assessments, preventive maintenance programs, and job plans.
- Conduct deviation investigations and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) to mitigate recurrence of similar incidents.
- Lead or support change control and evaluation initiatives to enhance system reliability and operations.
- Actively promote and adhere to Company's safety culture.
Sustainability
- Lead or support site sustainability programs by analyzing energy consumption data, benchmarking overall usage, and identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and present business cases to drive progress toward the site’s sustainability targets.
- Prepare utility consumption data for regulatory authority submissions.
Basic Qualifications
- Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with high computer literacy.
- A team player who works effectively across various teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in delivering presentations.
- Familiarity with documentation processes in highly regulated environments.
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills to achieve consensus among stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Proven ability to tactfully negotiate and positively influence peers.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and act on improvement opportunities.
