Job Scope:

• Assess and verify the adequacy of KYC information provided by the Front Office or applicants, ensuring thorough due diligence for onboarding new counterparties, including sanction screening via World-Check and other relevant platforms.
• Validate the completeness and accuracy of KYC documentation, including counterparty registrar details, beneficial ownership information, and other related documents.
• Identify and assess key counterparty risks by evaluating clients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Prepare comprehensive counterparty profiles and commentary for new counterparties.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of clients' KYC records to ensure ongoing accuracy and compliance.
• Offer guidance to Business and Support Units on KYC-related matters as needed.
• Ensure proper maintenance of counterparty data within the Pioneer systems.
• Perform any other assigned tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Coverage for a portfolio of banks/NBFI in Singapore and in the RCEP region.

▪ Pitching for cash, trade, loans, treasury and capital markets products which include collaborating with internal stakeholders, head office and its overseas branches to deliver high quality services and solutions.

▪ Experience in loan syndication origination/ trade finance products / participation in the banks/NBFI segment would be an added advantage.

▪ Prepare detailed credit applications - including financial analysis, credit risk evaluation, annual account review and continuous credit monitoring in order to maintain a robust and profitable portfolio.

▪ Ensure regulatory compliance is met and practices are in line with Bank’s policy guidelines.

▪ Prepare information memo, executive summaries and other reports for Parent Bank’s financial and regulatory submission process.

▪ Ensure all required covenant provided such are in place throughout the life of the syndicated loan.

▪ Manage clients’ ongoing activities and enquiries on accounts and transactions.

▪ Able to formulate system and work processes and process improvements for a holistic approach to operational and projects’ requirements. ▪

▪ Ensure all terms and conditions precedent of facility agreement are met before execution of any requests from borrower.

▪ Co-ordinate / Participate and Support various enhancement projects such as procedure enhancement, formulation or ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

▪ Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or other related discipline.

▪ Above 3 years of Trade Finance experience specialising in Documentary Business is preferred.

Job Summary:

The Service Delivery Manager will lead and manage the transition of IT services, processes, and projects, ensuring a smooth and efficient changeover with minimal disruption to operations.

The role will involve working closely with various stakeholders, including client project teams, and senior management, to deliver successful transitions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive transition plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Manage the execution of transition plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients, project teams, and senior management to understand transition requirements and objectives.
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
• Monitor and manage risks throughout the transition process.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet transition objectives.
• Develop and implement change management plans to support smooth transitions.
• Ensure that all stakeholders are prepared for and can adapt to changes.

• Obtain the sign off from client after transition is completed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing IT service transitions / IT Delivery manager / Service Delivery Manager or similar projects is Mandatory.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in using project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
• Experience working with government projects would be a plus

Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in team problem-solving efforts, contributing ideas and solutions to address challenges encountered during the process improvement programme.
• Apply Agile methodology principles to development processes, facilitating iterative development, continuous improvement, and adaptability to changing project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications.
• Conduct an in-depth analysis of the current risk management processes to identify gaps and opportunities for enhancements.
• Design and facilitate discussion and risk management workshops to engage stakeholders and foster collaboration towards achieving programme objectives.
• Document business requirements and workflows accurately, ensuring completeness and maintaining responsibility for the accuracy of deliverables.
• Lead the process improvement programme, overseeing its planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure successful implementation.
• Perform process mapping exercises to identify critical data, its flow, and integration with other modules of the Integrated Risk Management System (IRMS).
• Plan and drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of the enhanced processes across the organization.
• Present results, solutions, and recommendations, along with any other deliverables, to various audiences including process owners, senior management, to achieve buy-ins and support.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on analysis and insights to drive process harmonization and improvements effectively.
• Streamline, align, and harmonize the risk management processes, drawing guidance from frameworks and methodologies such as enterprise risk management, cyber, and data security.
• Work closely with Systems Integration (SI) teams to onboard the improved processes onto the IRMS, overseeing the end-to-end implementation process.

Requirements:

• Able to challenge process owners on their processes with a keen focus to improve and harmonize it.
• Degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Management, or IT.
• Familiar with process improvement methodologies such as Lean 6-Sigma, Design thinking is a plus.
• Hands on at work and thrive in challenging and ambiguous business environment.
• Over 8 years of practical experience in the development and implementation of successful process improvement programs in relation to risk management.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint Presentations skills, and MS Vision.
• Sound understanding of GRC, enterprise-wide risk management frameworks i.e. operational risks and IT related risks
