Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day operational tasks related to the Employee Life Cycle to ensure operational excellence.
• Manage work pass administration, including applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring smooth and timely processing.
• Address employee inquiries via ServiceNow, meeting KPIs, SLAs, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting, including submissions to MOM and other government bodies.
• Support People-related transactions, Corporate Governance activities, and ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma with at least 2 years’ experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
• Experience in multinational environments and Shared Service models is advantageous.
• Familiarity with HR processes in areas such as Operations or Payroll.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in HR systems like Oracle PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, or similar databases.
• Skilled in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.

Accounts Executive | Basic Up to $5K | Central South | MNC| Convertible to PERM

Job Description:

• Oversee the financial and statutory accounting functions for the assigned entity.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including asset accounting, journal entries, account reconciliations, and year-end financial statements.
• Analyze Work in Progress (WIP) and provide recommendations on project profitability and cost optimization.
• Calculate key financial indicators and conduct trend analyses of financial data.
• Participate in the preparation of group budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely filings.
• Manage tax-related responsibilities, including quarterly GST filings and corporate tax matters.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks, including reviewing policies and procedures as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and capable of working independently.

Job Scope:

• Assess and verify the adequacy of KYC information provided by the Front Office or applicants, ensuring thorough due diligence for onboarding new counterparties, including sanction screening via World-Check and other relevant platforms.
• Validate the completeness and accuracy of KYC documentation, including counterparty registrar details, beneficial ownership information, and other related documents.
• Identify and assess key counterparty risks by evaluating clients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Prepare comprehensive counterparty profiles and commentary for new counterparties.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of clients' KYC records to ensure ongoing accuracy and compliance.
• Offer guidance to Business and Support Units on KYC-related matters as needed.
• Ensure proper maintenance of counterparty data within the Pioneer systems.
• Perform any other assigned tasks as needed.
