Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks related to the Employee Life Cycle to ensure operational excellence.
- Manage work pass administration, including applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring smooth and timely processing.
- Address employee inquiries via ServiceNow, meeting KPIs, SLAs, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting, including submissions to MOM and other government bodies.
- Support People-related transactions, Corporate Governance activities, and ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma with at least 2 years’ experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
- Experience in multinational environments and Shared Service models is advantageous.
- Familiarity with HR processes in areas such as Operations or Payroll.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in HR systems like Oracle PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, or similar databases.
- Skilled in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
