Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day operational tasks related to the Employee Life Cycle to ensure operational excellence.
• Manage work pass administration, including applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring smooth and timely processing.
• Address employee inquiries via ServiceNow, meeting KPIs, SLAs, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting, including submissions to MOM and other government bodies.
• Support People-related transactions, Corporate Governance activities, and ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma with at least 2 years’ experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
• Experience in multinational environments and Shared Service models is advantageous.
• Familiarity with HR processes in areas such as Operations or Payroll.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in HR systems like Oracle PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, or similar databases.
• Skilled in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.

• Handles AP and AR for project (average 25/day)
• Check due diligences and compliances
• Consolidate GST paid for the project and claim from biz partner
• Speak mandarin to China biz partner
• willing to learn from scratch

Job Type: 1 year contract (Renewable)

Location: Gul Circle

Salary: $2500 to $3500 per month

Responsibilities;

• Coordinate procurement activities with vendors
• Process third-party invoices
• Generate and manage billings
• Maintain and update registers for sales and procurement contracts.
• Provide timely reminders to the team regarding contract expirations pending renewal.
• Perform data entry tasks, extract and organise info to assist sales team.
• Coordinate meeting, room reservations, equipment setup, and travel arrangements.
• Compile and edit presentation materials from various sources.
• Ensure that both internal and external client needs are met effectively

Requirements:

• Has understanding and experience in the order to cash process, procure to pay process
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
• Prior experience in sales administration and proficiency in Microsoft CRM, SAP systems is advantageous.
• Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, with min. 5 years working experience
