We have clients in over 40 countries across 6 continents. Our business is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an Inside Sales Rep to boost our growth.
You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
- Initiate outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Achieve weekly client outreach quotas
- Route more complex and qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales staff for further development and closure
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Fluency in written and spoken English essential, additional languages beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to learn new skills quickly
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Self Starter
