Ackcio Pte Ltd builds reliable wireless monitoring solutions for industrial applications. Our Ackcio Beam suite of products runs off our core technology, a long-range, low-power radio wireless mesh communication to reliably transmit industrial sensor data in real-time both underground and above ground. Currently our technology is widely used in construction, mining, infrastructure, and rail industries to automate the monitoring process, improve productivity, and make the activity safe. We now help major clients in 45 countries across 6 continents monitor their projects with our technology.

Responsibilities
- Be the go-to person for clients, helping them get the most out of our products.
- When customers run into challenges, you’ll work with them to come up with easy, clear solutions.
- Suggest ways to improve user experience and get more people using our products.
- Guide clients on the best ways to use our products and how they can get the most value.
- Look for ways to help customers expand how they use our product and offer them more value.
- Share customer feedback and ideas for improvement with the rest of the team.
- Share your product expertise in customer interactions to help them succeed.
- Communicate with customers via email, and phone to help them get the hang of our products.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure customers continue to succeed with our solutions.
- Represent customer needs and issues to make sure they’re heard across the company.
Requirements
- A background in technology, computer science, or IT/networking.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willing to travel for customer site visits with on-site troubleshooting work if required.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and quick to learn.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A self-starter, both independent and team-oriented.
- Proven track record in customer support and problem resolution.
- Passionate about helping customers succeed.
