Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for clients, helping them get the most out of our products.
• When customers run into challenges, you’ll work with them to come up with easy, clear solutions.
• Suggest ways to improve user experience and get more people using our products.
• Guide clients on the best ways to use our products and how they can get the most value.
• Look for ways to help customers expand how they use our product and offer them more value.
• Share customer feedback and ideas for improvement with the rest of the team.
• Share your product expertise in customer interactions to help them succeed.
• Communicate with customers via email, and phone to help them get the hang of our products.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure customers continue to succeed with our solutions.
• Represent customer needs and issues to make sure they’re heard across the company.

Requirements

• A background in technology, computer science, or IT/networking.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willing to travel for customer site visits with on-site troubleshooting work if required.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and quick to learn.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A self-starter, both independent and team-oriented.
• Proven track record in customer support and problem resolution.
• Passionate about helping customers succeed.
