Job Description & Responsiblities :

1) Source competitive products/vendors/suppliers, prefer experience in

construction field

2) handle local and overseas purchase

3) liaise with sales & operations teams for materials quote and fulfill their

request

Qualification & Experience:

1) at least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required

for this position

2) candidate must possess at least higher secondary/pre-u/A level/college

in others or equivalent

Responsibilities :

1) Review & update of project specifications, technical clarifications and

construction drawings

2) Plan and supervise architectural work progress at site

3) Liaise closing with the subcontractors on the progress of work

4) Coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters

5) Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are

complied with.

Requirement :

1) Diploma or Degree in Architecture

2) 3 years of site coordination in Architectural experience

3) Good Communication and interpersonal Skills

4) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook) 5) Valid class 3 Singapore driving licence

Responsibilities:

1) Prepare clients monthly progress claim

2) Verify Subcontractors monthly progress claim, and recommend

subcontractor's monthly progress payment

3) Review and prepare letter of award for sub-contractors and negotiate

terms and conditions and LOA clauses with subcontractors

4) Finalise subcontract and main contract’s final account.

5) Able to meet tight deadlines

Qualifications:

1) Bachelor's Degree in Building, Construction Management, Quantity

Surveyor or equivalent.

2) Strong negotiation, interpersonal skills and a team player

3) Minimum 2 years’ local experience
