Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Conference and Business Solutions industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, event organizers, and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or surpass revenue targets.
• Promote a comprehensive range of event-related services, including venue rental, catering, and technological solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to uncover new opportunities.
Event Coordination Support:
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Assist clients in planning and managing their events, from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to guarantee efficient delivery of event components.
Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met.
• Conduct site visits, deliver presentations, and pitch proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in compliance with company policies.
• Offer tailored and effective solutions aligned with clients' event goals.
Reporting & Analysis:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using the CRM system.
• Deliver regular reports to senior management on sales performance, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Analyze competitor actions and market conditions to provide strategic business development recommendations.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Brings along at least 3-5 years of sales experience in the Events, Conference or hospitality industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experienced in planning resources effectively and meet tight deadlines
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
